INTAKES

Germany has a winter as well as summer intakes. Winter intake starts in October and ends in February and summer intake starts in April and ends in July. The academic year has 2 semesters per year with exams taking place in the month of February and July. It is advisable to start the process as early as November/December of the previous year in order to be in the best public universities as seats are very limited.
