Netherland has a primarily winter intakes with some universities also having summer intakes. Winter intake starts in October and ends in February and summer intake starts in April and ends in July. The academic year has 2 semesters per year with exams taking place in the month of February and July. It is advisable to start the process as early as November/December of the previous year in order to be in the best public universities as seats are very limited. Netherlands Visa process is tedious and you may need to wait 2-3 months to get a visa.
